Ted Cacouris has been working in the semiconductor industry for 33 years, from research engineer for new materials, process technology for chip production, integration engineer in volume manufacturing fabs to wafer fab equipment development for leading edge technologies at IBM, Intel, LAM Research and most recently Cymer and ASML. He is currently head of Product Development for DUV lithography light sources. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University in N.Y.
